Hi, I'm Mark. I've been fixing London's boilers since 2004
I started City Plumbing & Heating because local homeowners deserve a plumber they can actually trust: someone who turns up when they say they will, explains what's wrong without the jargon, and charges a fair price. Twenty years on, that hasn't changed.

How much does a boiler service cost?
A standard annual boiler service with City Plumbing & Heating costs £85. This covers a full safety inspection, cleaning of key components, a flue gas analysis, and a written report. We'll let you know of any issues found: no surprise extras.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
We aim to reach you the same day, often within a few hours. For genuinely urgent situations (no heating in winter, a gas smell, flooding), call us directly on 07700 900000 and we'll do everything we can to prioritise your job.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. We don't charge a call-out fee. You pay for the work we do, and we'll always give you a clear price before we start. If a job turns out to be more involved than expected, we'll explain why and agree the additional cost with you first.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered (licence no. 000000) and fully insured. It's a legal requirement to use a Gas Safe registered engineer for any gas work in the UK. You can verify our registration at gassaferegister.co.uk.
Which boiler brands do you work on?
We work on all major brands including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Potterton, Glow-worm and Viessmann. If you're not sure whether we cover your boiler, just give us a call and we'll let you know straight away.
